ABOUT
Miss Russian California beauty pageant is an annual event that provides prominent young women of Slavic descent with a platform that helps them exemplify community leadership, educational achievements, and professional accomplishments. The winner is awarded with a $10,000 prize package and a title of Slavic Community Youth Ambassadors which grants her VIP access to acclaimed social and business functions throughout the year. Miss Russian California pageant promotes cultural awareness, community involvement, and youth engagement.
The 10 finalists get on a six weeks training program. On weekly basis the girls work with professional pageant coaches and choreographers to get ready for the show. The routine is easy and fun and all 10 participants receive prizes and publicity regardless of winning.
The event is promoted by following media channels: Fox 40, Capital Public Radio, World Journal, Russian American Media, POP-9 Communications, D’primeramano magazine, Crossings TV, Russian Golden Pages and supported by AT&T, Wells Fargo, Western Health Advantage, McDonalds, Epic Bible College, Children’s Choice Pediatric Dental Care, SMUD, Law Office of Jaramillo & Borcyckowski, APAPA and local Chambers of Commerce.
The pageant finale is by invitations only. The audience includes more than 600 highly acclaimed Slavic and American VIP guests.

There is no fee to enter the pageant
There are basically just three conditions to qualify: heritage, age, and marital status. Our participants have to be of Slavic heritage, between 18 and 29 years of age, and single.
The performance has four acts: the teaser, the show, the solo act, and the interview
Participants receive professional hair & make-up at absolutely no cost as a courtesy of Luxe Salon and Day Spa, one of the leading beauty salons of the Sacramento region. The finalists get to shine on stage in designer gowns offered by Nelli Rosh, the Sactown’s much-admired fashion designer who is highly acclaimed in such fashion hubs as LA, San Francisco, and beyond.
The first place winner receives a 10K prize package that includes Russian Time Magazine Cover Page photo shoot, Exclusive Interview in the Russian Observer Newspaper and Russian Time Magazine, a certificate for a six hour luxury limousine ride provided by Coastal Breeze Limousine Limo Ride, a gift certificate to an upscale four-diamonds restaurant such as Mikuni’s Sushi, Fat’s Asian Bistro, Scott’s Seafood, a $250 Shopping Spree at Roseville Galleria Mall, a custom Jewelry Set, a gift certificate to a beauty SPA, a hairdo by a celebrity hairstylist, ZOOM teeth whitening by Eureka Dental Group, Miss Russian California T-Shirts, a private dance lessons from Malko Dance Studio, a month of private fitness training by Custom Fitness of Natomas, a collectable Pageant Photo Book, as well as Complimentary Tickets to Local Shows and Museums. More spoilers are added to the package closer to the show.
