beauty pageant is an annual event that provides prominent young women of Slavic descent with a platform that helps them exemplify community leadership, educational achievements, and professional accomplishments

The winner is awarded with a $ 10,000 prize package and a title of Slavic Community Ambassadors which grants her VIP access to acclaimed social and business functions throughout the year. Miss Ukraine California pageant promotes cultural awareness, community involvement, and youth engagement.
The event is organized by Council For Cross Cultural Affairs, promoted by RAM and other media channels, and supported by corporate sponsors and Chambers of Commerce.
The 10 finalists get on a six weeks training program. On weekly basis the girls work with professional pageant coaches and choreographers to get ready for the show. The routine is easy and fun and all 10 participants receive prizes and publicity regardless of winning.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
There is no fee to enter the Miss Ukraine California pageant. The organizer and sponsors covered expenses.
There are basically just four conditions to qualify: heritage, age, marital status, and geographical region. Our participants must live in California region, have to be of Ukrainian heritage, between 18 and 30 years of age, and single.
The performance has four acts: the teaser, the show, the solo act, and the interview.
Participants receive professional hair & make-up at absolutely no cost as a courtesy of Miss Ukraine California organizer and sponsors. The finalists get to shine on stage in designer gowns, by admired fashion designers who are highly acclaimed in such fashion hubs as LA, San Francisco, and beyond.
The first place winner receives a $10K prize package that includes a custom jewelry set from Sharif Fine Jewelers, a certificate for a luxury limo ride, professional photo shoot & exclusive interview in elite publications, a gift certificate to an upscale restaurants. More spoilers are added to the package closer to the show.
